Artist Nerida de Jong......inspired by France

Nerida lived for several years in the French medieval village of St Cirq Lapopie perched on a cliff above the Lot River. The influence of the large fields of sunflowers, medieval village, people and French fabrics are but a few of the subjects portrayed in her paintings. Whether the subject is a bowl of capsicums or a woman relaxing in her immediate surrounds, de Jong manages to extract the innate romanticism that can be found in life’s most simple pleasures.

Again, all of the paintings listed here are sold but if you have any queries about them please do not hesitate to contact us.
